01.28.24 95 South is a decent local spot. I went on a sunday afternoon and the vibe was chill. The menu was limited to a 'brunch menu' but the selections were appealing. I tried the home fries and bacon which was delicious. I paired a couple of cocktails with my brunch. The red sangria and the mai-tai were pretty good. But if you want an amazing margarita, ask for Leah. The next time I'm in BK, I will definitely stop by.

Undeniably my happy place! Great music, the best crew (Jenn is a gem) and I love Karaoke Thursdays

Amazing! The food , service and ambiance made my first visit enjoyable. I would definitely return for a delicious hearty southern meal. The music from the 90s was great to hear but wayyyyyy to loud to have a conversation while eating. I spoke with the DJ who was very kind and lowered the volume a bit. Unfortunately my voice was still hoarse after leaving. Definitely worth a try.

So I went here originally for the music, happy hour specials, and vibes. It turned out it was a whole restaurant lol. I had no idea. Needless to say I had some great food, one of my favorite DJs that I've know forever, BLS's Own DJ Snatch 1 was on the set. This place was a true vibe. Now the crowd is for the 40 and older. It was a Wednesday night, so it's old school classic vibes ALL NIGHT. You will not hear the City Girls or Drake, and I love that. The 2-for-1 happy hour is all top shelf. Baaaaaby what. Now I don't know if there is happy hour everyday. This is my kind of place. Don't get dressed up, it's a neighborhood spot. Trying to find parking, good luck. Take any train to Franklin. My server Gia was amazing. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, the food. O. M. G. It's soul food so you already know there's an expectation . The fried chicken was superb. 15/10. The yams was yamming 10/10. The Mac n cheese was good, but not great. 8/10. My brother had the tilapia, he cleaned his plate so I know it was good . My homegirl had the Buffalo wings. She said they were fried then Buffalo'd she cleaned them wings to the grissel. My cons, the raggedy ass doorman that checking IDs actually looked at my address and said "oh you live down the block from me". First of all, you should be looking at the DOB and if the pictures match. Not if you live near me, creep. And there is NO dessert menu. No peach cobbler, banana pudding, pound cake, nothing. I am going back. Finally a spot that hasn't been gentrified in Crown Heights.
